Error: One or more licenses have expired and your service has been degraded in VCF Operations for logs

Issue/Introduction

• Operations for Logs displays the alert: "One or more licenses have expired and your service has been degraded."
• There are vCenters successfully configured in Operations for Logs however on the vcenter UI we see that license is expired
• The vCenter is missing from in VCF Operations UI under License Management > Licenses > vCenter Systems.The vCenter Systems panel shows "No Data Found."

Environment

VCF Operations for logs 9.0.x

Cause

Ops for Logs 9.x ingests licenses from integrated vCenters. If the vCenters have expired licenses they need to be relicensed from VCF Operations.

Resolution

Refer to the resolution section of vCenter missing from License Management in VCF Operations KB article and re-license the vcenter servers integrated with Operations.

"No Data Found" shown in the vCenter Systems panel in the License Management > Licenses page
