Issue/Introduction

Experience cards fail to load or spin indefinitely in the DX SaaS tenant. This issue impacts both development and production environments.

Symptoms

• Experience cards show a spinning icon indefinitely.
• Dashboard displays an empty state or fails to populate card data.
• Console logs may show backend latency or connection timeouts.

Environment

• Product: DX SaaS
• Tenant: All environments (Dev/Prod)

Resolution

1. Confirm the issue persists across different browsers to rule out client-side caching.
2. Collect a HAR file if the issue is reproducible for further analysis by SaaS Operations.
3. This issue is fixed in latest version in SaaS 26.8.1
