Cluster Image does not list ESXi 8.0 as an available option in the ESXi version list

Issue/Introduction
- Editing a Cluster Image does not give the option to select ESXi 8 from the "ESXi version list".
- In vLCM, under the "Image Depot" --> "ESXI VERSIONS" does not list the latest available ESXi host builds that is available for ESXi 8, but ESXi 7 builds are available
Environment
vSphere vCenter 7.x
vSphere vCenter 8.x
Cause
- vCenter vLCM is not configure to the Broadcom Download sources
- Issue with the Broadcom download tokens
Resolution
- Verify that the vLCM Download sources are using the correct URLs with a valid Broadcom Download Token
- https://dl.broadcom.com/<Download Token>/PROD/COMP/ESX_HOST/main/vmw-depot-index.xml
- https://dl.broadcom.com/<Download Token>/PROD/COMP/ESX_HOST/addon-main/vmw-depot-index.xml
- https://dl.broadcom.com/<Download Token>/PROD/COMP/ESX_HOST/iovp-main/vmw-depot-index.xml
- https://dl.broadcom.com/<Download Token>/PROD/COMP/ESX_HOST/vmtools-main/vmw-depot-index.xml
- Verify that the vLCM Download sources are enable
- Verify the Broadcom Tokens is valid and if needed update download source URLs to use the correct Broadcom Download Token
