Issue/Introduction

Inquiry regarding the certification timeline and compatibility of Oracle 26ai databases with the Appworx/Applications Manager environment.

Environment

• Automic Applications Manager 9.6.2 and earlier.
• Oracle Database 26ai.

Cause

Standard product enhancement request to support new Oracle database versions.

Resolution

The certification for Oracle 26ai is currently under review by engineering. The following release targets have been identified:

1. If no code changes are required for compatibility, certification is targeted for Applications Manager version 9.6.3. Tentative release date of October 2026.
2. If code changes are required, certification will be deferred to Applications Manager version 9.7.

To receive updates on the final certification status:

1. Log in to the Broadcom Support Portal.
