Completed maintenance windows visibility in GUI - DX Operational Observability

Issue/Introduction

In DX Operational Observability, completed or finished maintenance windows are not visible within the default Management GUI view. This includes windows that were manually ended or reached their scheduled conclusion.

Symptoms

• Completed maintenance windows do not appear in the active windows list.
• Users cannot find a toggle for "Show Finished Windows".

• DX Operational Observability
• DX SaaS

Cause

The GUI default view filters out maintenance windows once their status changes to "Completed".

Resolution

As per documentation, to view completed maintenance windows, manually apply a filter to the list:

1. Log into the DX Operational Observability GUI.
2. Navigate to the maintenance windows list.
3. In the filter bar, enter the following criteria: status:Completed

NOTE: there is a permanent display improvement (Defect DE683437 :Add a button filter to quickly list the "completed schedules"), it is targeted to be fixed in a future release. For updates on the fix status, subscribe to this article by following the steps in KB 275360
