Tanzu Hub OOTB dashboard for AI Services doesn't show data if there has been no model activity in the default time range

Issue/Introduction

In Tanzu Hub 10.4 and 10.4.1, when an AI Services model dashboard is loaded (with the default "Last 1 hour" selected), if there is no activity currently running against the model, and no activity ran for the last hour, data will not load when the timeframe is expanded. For example, if the user last ran their model 3 hours ago, they load the dashboard for 1 hour and see no data:

Resolution

This is resolved in Tanzu Hub patch release 10.4.2
