Issue/Introduction

Following symptoms are noted:

1. "No activity detected" alarm/problem being reported for platform nodes.
2. Screen goes blank when trying to edit existing data sources.
3. Data is not being collected from added data sources.

Cause

A mismatch in the uptime of the platform nodes was found. Some platform nodes in the cluster were rebooted unexpectedly due to power outage/issue.

Resolution

Ensure all services are up and the nodes are healthy by running a health check. Refer to the following articles for instructions on how to run health checks on platform node(s):
