A defect in the Automic Web Interface (AWI) causes specific user setting identifiers to be incorrectly processed, leading to session logouts or excessive log flooding in Tomcat.
Symptoms
[ERROR] ... [com.uc4.ecc.components.v14.tables.impl.V14TableColumnModel] - The column id [ns3:identifier: null] taken from user settings does not exist. This is a product defect (DE182587) related to the migration to the Vaadin 14 framework, where certain UI components incorrectly validate user-specific identifiers.
This issue is targeted to be fixed in AWI release 24.4.5.
In version 24.4.5 and higher, the log message The column id [ns3:identifier: null] taken from user settings does not exist is downgraded to DEBUG level to prevent log flooding, and the underlying session timeout during Message History access is resolved.
