When attempting to configure or view the Setup Windows Services (Enhanced) MCS template (specifically version 3.63.1 or higher)in the OC, the profile is greyed out and the following message is displayed:
Missing probe dependencies for the profile to be created
it was caused by missing VS2017_vcredist_x86 1.03 package:

Download and upload missing dependencies to the local primary hub archive, then re-activate MCS template. This procedure is mentioned in the following article:

In order to find what dependencies are missing, review the mon_config_service.log file (logging level 5), and search for messages like:
[...] Missing dependencies for probe [...]
