Resolution

Refresh the VCF Adapter Integration

Toggle the License Management setting to clear stale metadata and force a synchronization refresh.

  1. Log into the VCF Operations UI using administrative credentials.
  2. Navigate to AdministrationIntegrationsVCF.
  3. Edit the VCF/vCenter adapter instance and select Manage Integrations.
  4. Toggle the License Management option for the missing vCenter to off position and save the configuration.
  5. Wait 15 minutes to allow the background engine to clear stale database entries.
  6. Re-open Manage Integrations, select the License Management checkbox, and click ACTIVATE MANAGEMENT.
  7. Wait 10 minutes for the vCenter to reappear in License Management Licenses vCenter Systems.

Assign vSAN as an Add-on License

Ensure vSAN TiB subscription capacity is pushed explicitly as an Add-on asset.

  1. In the VCF Operations UI, go to License ManagementLicenses.
  2. Locate the vCenter Systems section in the bottom pane.
  3. Select the checkbox for the restored vCenter.
  4. Click ASSIGN ADD-ON LICENSE.
  5. Select the valid VMware vSAN (TiB) license key and confirm.
  6. Verify the status changes to a green Yes for Fully Licensed.

Resolve Persistent Synchronization Issues
If vCenter remains missing after integration refresh:

  1. Take VCF Operations cluster offline.
  2. Bring VCF Operations cluster back online to reset licensing services and UI cache.
