vApp Template status shows as 'unknown'

Issue/Introduction

• The vApp Templates actions menu is grayed out.
• It's not possible to deploy vApp from template.
• The template VM exist in vCenter Server.

Environment

VMware Cloud Director 10.6.1.1

Resolution

1. To resolve this issue remove the template VM from Cloud Director management as outlined in How to remove a virtual machine from Management in Cloud Director
2. Reimport the VM to the Cloud Director catalog by clicking the Import from vSphere option on the catalog
