Issue/Introduction

When users attempt to download file attachments (such as PDFs or Word documents) from their Secure Inbox on the PGP Encryption Cloud Server, the files are saved with an additional `.json` extension (e.g., `document.pdf.json`). These files appear as unusable text or code and cannot be opened by standard document viewers.

Resolution

This issue is resolved in PGP Encryption Cloud Server version 11.5.2.

Reach out to  PGP Encryption Support if you need further assistance on this.
