Issue/Introduction

Symptoms:

• Unable to connect to Rally or open automation properties.
• UI Error: Unable to connect RallyV2
• Log/REST Error: 400 Bad Request - Ambiguous URI empty segment

Environment

ConnectALL On-Premise versions 4.2 and lower

Cause

A product defect exists where the adapter does not normalize URL path segments, resulting in double forward slashes (e.g., v2.0//Subscription). Recent Rally security hardening now rejects these malformed URIs.

Resolution

This issue is tracked via defect DE202877 and is targeted to be fixed in version 4.2.1 and later.
