Issue/Introduction

Error: "Error occurred on the authorization server..." in VCF Operations Build->Software Depot-> Online Depot connection

• The SDDC logs show the following similar exception:

  /var/log/vmware/vcf/sddc-support/vcf-sos.log

• Connecting to internal systems like vCenter will not work unless they are added to the proxy exclusion list.

• VCF Operations can access the following URLs on port 443:

  1. vcf.broadcom.com
  2. eapi.broadcom.com

Resolution

Open a GS Case and reference KB-442606 to have this issue resolved by the support team (Contact Broadcom support)
