Receive 403 when downloading bundles with connected/registered depot due to entitlement missing

Issue/Introduction

The Software Depot Registration completes successfully but bundle downloads fail.


The following error is observed in the VCF Installer/SDDC Manager lcm-debug.log

Environment

VMware Cloud Foundation 9.1 

Cause

The Site ID used to register the depot does not have the correct VCF entitlement

Resolution

1. Verify your Entitlements on the Broadcom Support Portal with KB, "Finding Your Entitlements on the Broadcom Support Portal"
2. With the correct Site ID, follow the steps in, "Connect VCF Installer to Broadcom or an Offline Depot and Download Binaries" to register the depot again.
