Issue/Introduction

Installing TAM management pack for Aria Operations is stuck at step 11 of 14.

The vcopsPakManager.root.post_apply_adapter.log indicates expired certificate:

certificate verify failed: certificate has expired

Environment

Aria Operations 8.18.x

Cause

Expired web certificate causes the install to get stuck at step 11.

Resolution

To resolve this issue, use one of the following options:

1. Install a custom web certificate per Configure a Certificate For Use With VCF Operations.
2. Reset the web certificate to default per Reload the default certificate in Aria Operations.
