Azure Cost History report limited to 550 Resource Group names CloudHealth NX

Issue/Introduction

In the CloudHealth NX interface, the Azure Cost History report may truncate the list of displayed Azure Resource Groups. Users with large environments (thousands of resource groups) may observe that only a subset is visible or experience browser performance issues.

• The Azure Cost History report returns only the first 550 Resource Group names.
• Filtering may reveal groups not shown in the default list, confirming data exists but is not rendered.
• Browser may experience "Out of Memory" errors when attempting to load very large dimensions.

Cause

There is a 550-result limit imposed on dimension results within the flex query for the NX platform. Server-side pagination is currently not supported for this specific view.

Resolution

This issue is a known product limitation and is currently under review by Engineering (tracked via CLHC-244640).
