Periodically seeing high CPU utilization to the point where the server will go to 100% and become unresponsive. Restarting wasp on the Operator Console (OC) will remedy the issue.
This is due to an issue with the samlsso webapp, regardless of if it is being used or not.
If samlsso is not being used its load on startup can be changed to 'false'.
