Hub shows multiple parallel sub-tasks incorrectly

Issue/Introduction

Tanzu Hub incorrectly displays multiple parallel sub-tasks for a single process, such as "Extract files from a downloaded file into remote storage." Sub-tasks appear to run concurrently rather than timing out or failing before the next one starts, which can lead to confusion regarding the actual task status and progress in the user interface. E.g

Environment

• VMware Tanzu Platform Core
• Tanzu Hub 10.4.0

Cause

Investigation is ongoing to determine if the behavior results from a timeout not being correctly represented in the user interface or if the backend is initiating redundant sub-tasks.
