After upgrade to 9.1, On VCF Operations UI the Build -> lifecycle page keeps on loading indefinitely

Issue/Introduction

After successfully upgrading SDDC to version 9.1 and deploying Management services ,the Build -> Lifecycle page keeps spinning when you attempt to upgrade the remaining components.

This issue is observed directly in the VCF Operations Manager UI, and the page fails to load for both VCF Management and VCF instances.

Environment

VMware Cloud Foundation 9.1

VCF Operations 9.1

Cause

This is caused by a browser cache conflict following the upgrade to 9.1. Stale cached data in the web browser prevents the updated UI components from loading correctly.

Resolution

To successfully load the page and continue your upgrades, use the following workaround:

  1. Open a new Incognito or Private window in your web browser.
  2. Log in to the VCF Operations UI.
  3. Navigate to Build > Lifecycle.
Note: To permanently resolve the issue for standard browser sessions, clear your web browser's cache and cookies, then reload the page.
