Enhancement Request: Ability to Re-post Previously Received Alerts to DXO2.

Issue/Introduction

Currently, there is no functionality within DXO2 to manually re-post or resend alerts that have already been received by the system.

Administrators require the ability to replay previously received alerts to force them through Alarm Enrichment workflows and/or Automated Policies. This is specifically needed in scenarios where an alert failed to process through these automated workflows correctly on the first attempt (e.g., due to temporary system outages, configuration issues, or processing lags).

Cause

The lack of a mechanism to replay or re-post historical alerts is a known product limitation. This has been logged with Engineering as Defect/Enhancement Request: DE666420.

Resolution

This enhancement request is currently under active investigation by the Development team.

At this time, there is no built-in UI feature or supported workaround to re-post existing alerts back into the event processing pipeline.
