PGP Encryption Cloud Server experiencing unexpected delays with reports, email, and some other components.

Resolution

This issue is resolved with the latest updates.   

If you are still experiencing delays, reach out to the Symantec Encryption Cloud Server team and choose "Gateway Email Encryption" (Not ESS nor Email Security.cloud) when you submit.
