Issue/Introduction

This article explains how to disable, modify, or delete old scheduled reports configured with email alerts in VMware Aria Operations.

Environment

Aria Operations 8.18. x

Resolution

Follow the steps below to disable or clean up old scheduled reports:

1. Log in to the Aria Operations UI.
2. Navigate to: Operations → Reports → Manage --> Schedules (click on the number of schedules)
3. Locate the old scheduled report.
4. Select the scheduled report from the list.
   
5. Perform one of the following actions:
   • Edit the scheduled report
     • Remove or update the configured email address to stop email alerts.
       
   OR
   • Delete the scheduled report
     • Remove the obsolete report schedule completely if it is no longer required.
       
6. Save the changes.
