Unable to upload NSX upgrade bundle PUB/MUB as "select local file" option greyed out

Issue/Introduction
- Not able to upload PUB or MUB file as "select local file" option greyed out.
- Previous upgrade bundle is still present in the UI.
Environment
VMware NSX
Cause
Last upgrade was not completed properly and upgrade coordinator went into stuck state.
Resolution
- Get the orchastrator node
get service install-upgrade
- Restart upgrade coordinator in orchastrator node and check status in UI after few mins.
"restart service install-upgrade"
- If it doesn't help, revert the Upgrade Coordinator service to its previous stable version.
rollback upgrade-coordinator
