Error "VCF Operations Fleet Management is Not Ready" occurs due to a full /storage partition

Issue/Introduction

• The message 'VCF Operations Fleet Management is Not Ready' displays when accessing VCF Management via Lifecycle in the VCF Operations GUI.
• On the Fleet Management VM, the command vrlcm-cli --health-status indicates that the postgres service is in a 'Not Running' state.
• The df -h command indicates that the /storage partition has reached 100% utilization.
• The following error was observed in /var/log/vrlcm/vmware_vrlcm.log:

  ERROR: could not extend file "base/#####/#########.#":  No space left on device.

Cause

This issue occurs because the /storage partition on the Fleet Management appliance has reached full capacity, preventing services from loading correctly.

Resolution
