Unhandled Exception on Web Email Protection (WEP) Replies after upgrading to PGP Encryption Server 11.5.1

Issue/Introduction

Web Email Protection replies are unsuccessful or display an unhandled exception after upgrading to PGP Encryption Server 11.5.1.

Cause

An issue in PGP 11.5.1 prevents Web Email Protection users from successfully sending replies with an unhandled exception message on the user's WEP console.

 

Resolution

This issue is resolved in PGP Encryption Server 11.5.2.

If you are experiencing this post-upgrade, recreate the group and policy from the PGP Encryption Server console, and move the users to the new group.
