Adding a host to an SDDC cluster fails to build the VSAN vmkernel adapter

Issue/Introduction

• Host was previously commissioned/decommissioned and rebuilt.
  
  
• Add host task fails at building vmkernel adapter.

Environment

VCF 9.x

SDDC 9.x

Cause

Node stuck activating due to missing VSAN vmkernel adapter from previous deployment.

Resolution

• Manually add the kernel adapter to the host based on the config from the other hosts.
  
  
• Re-run the add to cluster task from Operations.

Additional Information
