Issue/Introduction

New user invites, notifications, or other emails are delayed (not being immediately received)

Environment

  • Carbon Black Cloud

Resolution

  1. Check status.broadcom.com for any potential outages
  2. Confirm the delay is not with any internal email filters
  3. If the issue persists, please gather the following information and open a Technical Support case with Broadcom:
    • The timestamp and name of the activity that should have initiated the notification
    • The name of the notification configuration (found under Settings > Notifications) that was expected to trigger.
    • The timestamp of when the email was actually received.
