HCX Site Pairing to VMware Cloud Director Fails Due to Incorrect URL

Issue/Introduction

1. When attempting to establish a site pair between an HCX Connector and VMware Cloud Director, the pairing process fails. The connection cannot be completed.
2. Site Pairing is done with a Cloud Director managed Organization.
3. The Site Pairing does not complete and are greeted with "Site Pair creation has been successfully initiated."

Environment

VMware HCX 4.11.3

Cause

The Tenant ID configured within the HCX Cloud URL is incorrect.

Resolution

1. Log in to the HCX Connector interface.

2. Navigate to the Site Pairing configuration.

3. Verify the configured Cloud URL.

4. Update the URL to include the correct Tenant ID for the destination Cloud Director environment.

5. Save the configuration and retry the site pairing.

6. Verify the site pair reaches a connected state at both endpoints.
