Report in a Channel Does Not Show Report Filters

Issue/Introduction

When a report is included inside a channel with the Phoenix UI Fullscreen parameter, the section containing the report filters is hidden, unlike other sections (like Projects Workspace, Tasks module, etc).

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Create a Blueprint for the Page object.
2. Add two new Channels as new modules.
3. First channel should go to a page that contains filters, and use the Phoenix UI Fullscreen parameter. Example: 
   ../../../../../pm/#/projects/common?puiFullscreen=on
4. Second channel should go to a report that contains filters, with the same parameter. Example:
   ../../../../../pm/#/reporting/reports/availableReports/5000000/view?puiFullscreen=on
5. Preview the first channel, or open a page using that Blueprint and navigate to it (e.g.: projects channel)

Expected and Actual Results: The channel shows the page and it is possible to use the filters.

1. Preview the second channel, or open a page using that Blueprint and navigate to it (e.g.: report channel)

Expected Results: The channel shows the page and it is possible to use the filters.

Actual Results: The channel shows the page but the section containing the filters is missing.
