Unable to remove OrgVDC Network from vCloud Director due to Error: "Please perform redeploy prior to any other operation., error code 10230"

Issue/Introduction

• While trying to delete or update UDLR from vCD in order to remove the network, the task is failing with below error. Customer wanted to delete the organization including all the related objects.
  

  Cannot delete organization VDC network ################ ( ######-####-####-####-######)
  Cannot detach organization VDC network ################ (######-####-####-####-######) from edge <edge-name>
   - Bad Request: Operation cannot be performed on NSX Edge edge-#### as its VM with haIndex 0 is not found. Please perform redeploy prior to any other operation., error code 10230

Environment

VMware Cloud Director 10.6.x

Cause

This can be caused by removing components of the NSX Network in NSX UI before deleting the network in VMware Cloud Director (VCD). When deleting the objects from NSX, VCD is not informed of the deletion and the object information are still stored on the VCD database. 

Resolution

In order to resolve the issue a database modification is needed. Please Contact Broadcom support and note this Article ID (435351) in the problem description.
