Aria Operations upgrade is currently stalled at step 1 of 14- Not Distributed on both the replica and data nodes

Issue/Introduction

When upgrading VMware Aria Operations from version 8.18.3 to 8.18.6, the upgrade process may go hung.

The following symptoms are present:

1. The Admin UI displays an upgrade progress status of "6 of 14 completed on primary node and 1 of 14 (Not-Distributed) on other two nodes".

2. The upgrade does not progress beyond this stage.

Cause

Cluster communication or initialization failure prevents the synchronization, distribution, and unpacking of the PAK files to the non-primary cluster nodes.

Resolution

Perform a manual upgrade VMware Aria Operations via API.
