Issue/Introduction

Users are unable to clear alerts in DXO2 when the source UIM (Unified Infrastructure Management) database is unavailable. This creates a "deadlock" where the alert remains active in the DX dashboard despite being stale or irrelevant.

When attempting to clear an alarm, the Lifecycle Event log displays the following 404 error:

Current Workaround:

  1. Disable the Southbound Integration temporarily in the DX settings.
  2. Clear the stuck alarms manually in DXO2.
  3. Re-enable the integration.
