Users are unable to clear alerts in DXO2 when the source UIM (Unified Infrastructure Management) database is unavailable. This creates a "deadlock" where the alert remains active in the DX dashboard despite being stale or irrelevant.
When attempting to clear an alarm, the Lifecycle Event log displays the following 404 error:
