Administration → Integrations → Two instances of VMware Cloud Foundation is configured to connect to the same SDDC manger server, one instance is connecting via IP the other FQDN.Fleet Management → Lifecycle → Expand VCF instances → Selecting the specific VCF instance displays the following error in the UI:
Service or view is not available for the selected object.
Details: Try again later in a couple of minutes.

Administration → Integrations → Locate the affected adapter instance(s) → Click on 3 dots beside one of the duplicate adapter instances and click Delete → Do not select the checkbox for "Delete related objects." → Click Delete
