Troubleshooting Baseline Drift Reports

Issue/Introduction

Baseline drift report(s) not generating or showing Available (Updating)

Environment

• Carbon Black App Control Server: All Supported Versions

Resolution

1. Confirm which report is having the issue
   1. Navigate to Reports > Baseline Drift
   2. Click the "refresh" icon next to the report to have it immediately attempt generation:
      
      • 
      • If multiple reports are having the issue, do this one at a time
   3. If a particular report takes an extended period of time, or does not complete, it's likely the culprit.
2. Checking Task Status:
   1. Navigate to https://ServerAddress/support.php > Scheduled Tasks tab
   2. Find "GenerateNextDriftReport"
   3. Check the "last Exec Time" column to see when the last time the task to generate the report successfully completed
   4. Check the "#Err" column to see if the task is erroring out
3. If additional assistance is needed, collect Database Logs for Performance Issues and open a 'Technical' Support Case
