Issue/Introduction

Broadcom performs maintenances on the infrastructure for VMware Live Cyber Recovery (VLCR) to ensure service stability.

Customers will be notified of these events via email.

VMware Live Cyber Recovery (VLCR)

Resolution

When maintenance is scheduled for the VLCR service, Broadcom sends an email with the following details to the registered administrators of the affected Organization(s).

• Start and End Times
  The exact duration of the maintenance (typically provided in UTC)
  
  
• Impact Assessment
  A description of which services or UI functions will be temporarily unavailable or restricted.
