NSX Manager Guest User Password Expired and cannot be reset

Issue/Introduction
- NSX Manager Guest User Password Expired Alarm shows up.
- When checked under System > User Management > Local Users , the Guest user shows Password Expired .
- Changing the Guest User Password from NSX Manager GUI (as admin) or from CLI by following the instructions in KB 375200 article doesn't fix the password.
Environment
NSX 4.x and above
Resolution
- Try deactivating the Guest User and Reactivating it again, where you will be prompted to type the new Password.
- If that doesn't resolve the issue, raise a case with Broadcom Support
- To avoid this issue from happening again , you may actually disable password expiry of Guest User by following the instructions in the article -
