Issue/Introduction
- As a user of Advanced Cyber Compliance or VMware Live Cyber Recovery, ensure that you have sufficient subscriptions to cover your usage at all times.
- As a best practice, examine your environment and usage so you can plan ahead before you buy a new subscription. You should renew your subscriptions before your current subscriptions expire to avoid any disruption to the service.
- To make sure that your subscription does not expire, you can monitor your subscriptions and usage in the VMware Live Recovery global console. For more information, see: Viewing Subscriptions and Usage.
- To prepare for future growth, review your environment and usage regularly. Use the VMware Live Recovery Planner.

Resolution
Subscription Overage/Expiration Notifications and Enforcement
Well before your subscription expires, VMware Live Recovery will notify you through emails and UI notifications in the VMware Live Recovery global console and the product UIs. For more information, see Subscription Usage Notifications and Enforcement.
If your subscription is about to expire, you have two options:
1. Renew your subscription.
Or
2. Deactivate the service and stop billing. For instructions, see Deactivate VMware Live Cyber Recovery and Stop Billing or Deactivate VMware Live Site Recovery and Stop Billing.
