Issue/Introduction

After you have worked with your account representative to purchase Advanced Cyber Compliance or VMware Live Recovery Cloud and your order is booked, you are ready to onboard to the service.

As part of the onboarding process, you receive two emails:

  1. A Broadcom software delivery email, listing all the details of your purchase and helpful links with instructions. Click the first link in the email if you are the subscription owner so that you can log in to the Broadcom cloud console on Broadcom and release the organization hold, which requires that you apply the subscription to an Organization.
If you do not have an account with Broadcom, you can sign up and then log in to the Broadcom cloud console. You can apply the subscription to an existing Organization, or you can create an Organization for the subscription. If you are not the subscription owner, you can click the second link in the email to reassign the subscription to an Alternate Contact.
For more information, see Sign Up for the Cloud Service Console as a Primary Contact and Sign Up for the Cloud Services Console as an Alternate Contact.
  2. A second email welcoming you to the service, where you can click Log In to access your instance of the software.

If you encounter any of these issues, contact Broadcom Support, using one of the methods listed in this KB article (chat, email, or support case)

  • You do not see the VMware Live Recovery tile in your Organization when you log in during onboarding.
  • You do not see a subscription because it was incorrectly applied to the wrong Organization.
  • You do not see your Organization to apply the subscription to on the Broadcom cloud console.
