This article describes the steps to enable PGP Policy Based Encryption Essentials in Symantec Email Security.cloud.

Resolution

To enable the PGP Policy Based Encryption Essentials :

1. In the Email Security.cloud portal, Navigate to Services > Encryption > Policy Based Encryption and click the PBE Essentials tab.
2. Select the Enable checkbox.
3. Select the appropriate Encryption Cluster for your region from the list. If the value cannot be selected, then it is available only by contacting Support.
