Re-deploy of Operations for Logs fails with LCMVROPSYSTEM30018

Issue/Introduction

• Issue with initial Operations for Logs deployment. This deployment was removed from Operations and deleted.
• The re-deployment failed with "LCMVROPSYSTEM30018" at "Push capabilities to Ops Task"
  
• The Operations for Logs re-deployment appears to be fine and is ingesting logs but still appears as Deployment Failed in the Operations UI at Fleet Management >> Lifecycle >> Components
  
  
  

Environment

VCF Operations for Logs 9.0.1

Resolution

1. Take the VCF Operations cluster offline and reboot the virtual machines as per Rebooting nodes in Aria Operations
2. Bring the cluster back online and retry the task.
