• Agent Health Checks are failing with FailureId[773]

  Carbon Black App Control Agent detected a problem: Incompatible Filter Manager. Options[00000003] TotalFailures[1] FailureId[773]

• In some instances endpoints may encounter system instability (Blue Screens, performance issues, etc)

Environment

• App Control Agent: All Supported Versions

Cause

Installed Agent version is not compatible with the Operating System version installed.

Resolution

1. Review the Operating Environment Requirements for the relevant platform
   • Linux Agent
   • macOS Agent
   • Windows Agent (Desktop)
   • Windows Agent (Server)
   • Windows Agent (Embedded)
2. Upgrade the Agent to a supported version
