There are NSE's to process, but Active Threads shows 0, and NSE's aren't being processed.

Resolution

This issue has been fixed in ITMS 8.8.1

For ITMS 8.8: Install the latest Cumulative Release for ITMS 8.8 GA for SMA/SMP v7 Pointfix to resolve this issue.
Fixed an issue related to the SMP Server NSE process causing certain areas to become stuck after heavy database failures, which prevented Event Dispatcher from running at full load.
