Endless spinning circle observed after login to NSX UI

Issue/Introduction

• After login to VMware NSX UI, you see a screen with blue rotating circle:
  
• Both LDAP and local users are impacted. 
• The circle will keep rotating indefinitely.

Environment

VMware NSX

Cause

This issue can occur if there is a disruption of the connection to the Corfu database, e.g. due to a race condition.

Resolution

This issue is resolved in VMware NSX 4.2 and higher, available at Broadcom downloads.

Workaround:

To workaround this issue, please perform a rolling reboot of all NSX Managers in the impacted cluster.
