This issue can occur if there is a disruption of the connection to the Corfu database, e.g. due to a race condition.
This issue is resolved in VMware NSX 4.2 and higher, available at Broadcom downloads.

To workaround this issue, please perform a rolling reboot of all NSX Managers in the impacted cluster.
