Procedure for checking distributed switch settings

Issue/Introduction

This section describes the procedure for checking each setting of the distributed switch.

Environment

vCenter Server

Resolution

You can check each setting on a distributed switch by following the steps below.
*Note that, except for PowerCLI, there is no way to check all settings in one GUI.

[Procedure]

1. Log in to the vSphere Client.
2. Select "Networking" from the inventory.
3. Select the target distributed switch and go to the "Configuration" tab.
4. Check the "Properties" and other information.
5. Select the port group and go to the "Configuration" tab.
6. Check the "Properties" and "Policies" and other information.
