By granting direct access to seasoned support experts, the program ensures that Independent Software Vendors (ISVs), Hardware Vendors (IHVs), and enterprise organizations can build, scale, and maintain sophisticated automation workflows with confidence and precision.

VMware SDK and API support remains available to customers and partners with all active standalone SDK contracts (legacy), and is now also included as part of Broadcom® Designated Support Engineer (DSE) and Support Account Manager (SAM) Advanced Support offerings.
