VMware HCX
The failure is due to NSX UUID mismatch between the NSX Manager and the HCX Manager. This is an expected behavior with HCX ServiceInsertion config, which couldn't maintain the new UUID post NSX Manager UUID changes during re-election process for a 3 Node cluster due to NSX password rotation at VMC.
The resolution requires to confirm the NSX UUID mismatch between the NSX and the HCX from HCX database and updating the UUID.
