HCX - Service Mesh Deployment fails with "Failed to realize service instance endpoints"

Issue/Introduction

• Fleet appliance deployment, redeployment, or upgrade can be affected by this issue.
• This issue only affects HCX Cloud in the VMC on AWS environments.
• The following log is found in /common/logs/admin/app.log:

Cause

This issue is related to the NSX UUID mismatch between the NSX and the HCX.

Resolution

It is required to re-register the NSX Manager to the HCX Cloud.
