Approval Requests Modified by a Disabled or Deleted User

Issue/Introduction

When a new Approval Request comes in, the "Modified by" column shows a user that was disabled or deleted.

Environment

• App Control Server: 8.12.0 and lower

Cause

An issue with the logic to associate a User ID with the Last Modified By field caused the field to be associated with the wrong User, which in some instances had already been deleted from the Console.

Resolution

• An initial fix was included in Server 8.11.0 (EPCB-20873).
• Further enhancements are planned with Server 8.13.0 (EPCB-24495).
