Approval Requests Modified by a Disabled or Deleted User

Issue/Introduction

When a new approval request comes in, the "Modified by" column shows a user that was disabled or deleted.

Environment

App Control Server: 8.11.2 or lower

Resolution

An internal database check could, in rare cases, return the user info for a deleted/disabled user.

Additional Information

This issue is tracked with engineering ticket CRE-23144, and it will be resolved in a future server release.
