Increasing the flow table size on ESXi node does not persist after a reboot.

Issue/Introduction

• Attempt to adjust the flow table on the ESXi node using "nsxdp-cli ens flow-table size set -s 262144" and after host reboot the set value defaults to original one seen with command "nsxdp-cli ens flow-table size get"
• The ESXi node does not have a host profile
• NSX version is 4.2.0

Cause

The version in use does not save the change for "flow-table", it was made persistent on NSX version 4.2.1.

Resolution

Upgrade NSX to 4.2.1 or higher
